I’ve been fitness training with Marshall for more than ten years now.
I met Marshall at the Landmark Club and started training with him
initially to lose weight and get in better shape. I started seeing
results almost immediately, especially in my workouts on the bench
press. His fitness program works the entire body, so we work every
area of the body instead of just upper body or just lower body.
Marshall also counseled me on my eating habits and shared his wellness
philosophy from the beginning of my training with him.
Fitness training with Marshall is very important to my overall wellness
because I would never push myself as hard as Marshall pushes me. He
is very aware of what my limits are and knows when to push for more
and when to quit without risking injury. He also changes my training
routine frequently so I don’t get into a “rut” which means we are
always doing something new to push my fitness to a higher level.
I can see a huge difference in how I feel when I miss a week or two
without my fitness session with Marshall. I plan on continuing fitness
training with Marshall for these reasons and would highly recommend
him because I feel stronger after having worked with Marshall for
over a decade.

I have been seeing Marshall Jones for fitness training for almost
two years. I have never been out of shape and had regularly worked
out, but after returning from a cruise two years ago, I asked a
friend to recommend a fitness trainer and met Marshall. My decision
to utilize the skills of a fitness trainer was primarily driven
by the need to get more tone and definition to my body and firm
up before I hit my mid-30’s when achieving this goal becomes more
and more difficult.
I had not done a lot of training since high school, but started
out with Marshall’s fitness training regime one day per week. I
gradually worked up to two days a week and then to three days a
week at the height of my training schedule.
I started seeing some very real and very positive changes in my
body after about six months with Marshall. Specifically, my arms
and legs got a lot stronger and I definitely firmed up. My husband
also noticed the positive changes in my body and began fitness training
with Marshall about 8 months after I began training-just to stay
in shape.
I think the biggest difference in having a trainer like Marshall
and training individually is that you never push yourself to the
point a trainer does. Marshall’s style is very encouraging and consistent.
From the beginning of my training with him, he encouraged me by
telling me that he was seeing improvement (even when I did not see
it as clearly). This helped me to stick with it and after six months,
I really saw the benefits of the training I was receiving. Marshall
also provides the “whole package” with his fitness training; he
teaches you what to eat and how to work out to maximize the benefits
of training. His fitness training is all-encompassing in that respect.
I also take advantage of Marshall’s massage therapy. It feels so
good to get a massage after a work-out and now that I am seven months
pregnant, I still train with Marshall about twice a week and I’m
using lighter weights to stay firm. I will probably reduce to once
per week after the baby is born to insure that I stay in shape.
I highly recommend fitness training from Marshall Jones after the
benefits I have seen and encourage you to contact Marshall if you
are considering taking your fitness goals to the next level.

I was getting to the age where I was still playing sports and was
fit, but wanted to get in better shape. I had always been in good
cardio shape and had been working out regularly, but I chose to
start fitness training to improve muscular tone, endurance and strength.
Additionally, my wife and I were planning to start a family. Since
we are older than most of our friends who already have kids, I wanted
to have the energy to raise our child without getting tired out
easily.
I started fitness training with Marshall in May 2000. Marshall and
I set clearly defined goals from the beginning. He knew that I didn’t
want to be bulked up, and that I just wanted to be stronger and
have more energy. It took about eight weeks to see the positive
results. You always think you are in good shape if you’re in sports,
but until you start strength training with a fitness trainer you
don’t realize how out of shape you really are.
I started out with Marshall a minimum of two-sometimes three days
per week. After eight weeks, my muscles were in better shape and
my shoulders were more defined. My back is stronger, now and it
is easier to do things that I struggled with before.
I recommend Marshall Jones for fitness training because he is a
good motivator and not overbearing. He is realistic with what you
start with. He comfortably kept raising the bar so that I didn’t
risk injury while training with him and initially, this was my biggest
concern with fitness training.
Now, with just a few months to go before I become a first-time father,
I will be ready to carry a baby in one arm and all the baby stuff
in another and not get tired out.
